Is there ANY possibility you drink/eat/ingest ANYTHING with NutraSweet/Aspartame on ANY kind of a regular basis?

If so, discontinue doing so immediately!

If you're ingesting Aspartame on a regular basis, you will probably find that any symptom you have will disappear almost immediately after stopping it's use.
