Re: All Excellent Ideas
Thank you guys! I am definitely considering all of the things you mentioned.
Lisa, about the pendulum stuff...I use a sort of similar method to test to see if what I'm taking is right for my body. I don't have to take anything, I just hold it in my hands and my body will tell me yes or no. Some people do this and close their eyes and if they lean towards the item it is a yes, and if they lean away from the item it is a no.
Bowen....yes! I found a practitioner in my area so I am definitely going to be settting up an appointment or three with him. I'm very happy to have this in my area.
Lapis...HBOT...all the way. This is a bit more logistically problematical because I don't know of anyone in my area who has a chamber and I haven't been able to dig one up. But I'm sure there has to be one around, as I live in the Sf Bay Area. Someone's gotta have it.
Rife...I may look at that a little down the road as an adjunct therapy. Vitamin C a big yes, I just have to get my big old tub of vitamin C powder out of storage from our move (now what box did I put it in? lol). Also, my bowel titration is so low right now, so I am going to work in more vitamin C as my bowel becomes a bit more clear and strengthened.
I really do feel that immunity is in the bowel and I have a lot of work to do as far as getting that up and running again. Bowel cleansing was not enough for me, although it did help greatly.
So far, it's been just a little over a month. Do I feel any better? No! Not even a little bit. I feel worse, but that's to be expected as I know I am expereincing major die-off. However, I am losing a ton of weight. It is just coming off me like gangbusters. My appetite is low but any and all cravings for any kind of food are completely gone.
I was also able to clear up some heavy strain on my kidneys over the past 2 weeks, so that's good. I will continue to make sure kidneys are taken care of though.
Thank you so much for your input...great ideas. I'll keep you posted!
