Thank you! I will ask my naturopath about these when I next see her. Although I don't think she is very lyme-literate...so thanks also for the links.

Also, I TOTALLY agree with you on the whole being patient thing. That is the one biggest mistake I made in trying to treat this naturally -- I would give up too quickly. Now I know it's a marathon and not a race and to be patient.

I have been doing the cleansing but one thing I've found is that at the moment my digestive system is so screwed up that it seems not to be able to produce enough bile to do the Liver Flush properly. But I'm going to try again on Thursday, this time after fasting and also taking some malic acid. I'm also doing a whole bunch of colonics among a ton of other stuff.
