I hv mild arthrithis 16yrs six months after the birth of my only son. It usually inflamed at 3 position at any one flare(breakup) during a one to two years break.

Currently, I have an inflamation centred quite severely on my left knee (primary part). However, many other parts of my body have mild pain (secondary part) but no inflamation ie edge of toes and fingers, left elbow, chest, back of neck. The pain from the secondary part only lasted for about 1.5 days and move to new areas also lasting about 1.5 days. Whereas the primary part is inflamed for almost five days but pain gradually subsiding.

I take a high mega B-complex and vitamin C and take care with what I eat. Generally, I do not like sweet foods except for dark chocolates.

For the past 16yrs I have managed well without medication except with some painkillers and simple food. But the current flare is too much to bear. I was surprised when I read up more on Arthritis that there may be complications inside the body that promoted me to ask how did your mom get well. Diet / Medication / Holistic healing etc.

Can you offer more information on how u help your mom?
