I detailed it pretty much in my post to rainbow, though I take liquid magnesium citrate in the morning to facilitate bowel movement. (I take a 10 oz bottle I get from any Wal-Mart of grocery store in the laxative section). Keep in mind I take Coptis and Curcuma for 6 nights before I flush, that is supposed to help too. What inspired me to do it this way was a post here on this board that had this web address (but I don't do this to a "T", as I mentioned above, I take magnesium citrate the next morning, I don't chew on peppers, and I don't take hot baths):
