Re: Which flush is the most effective? Pain?
I must be one of those that do not tolerate
Epsom Salts well, I have done several flushes with it but it always made me sooo sick. Once I found Schultz's liver cleanse I've decided no more flushes for me! I've done the cleanse several times with wonderful results. For me it just works so much better, but different people are different. Glad I found something that worked for me. :) I most always do the
Colon Cleanse the week before the liver cleanse, the last time I did that when I was between six and seven months pregnant was the best results yet--I had great energy for two months! My brain felt sooo clear too. After I had Hunter I started another liver cleanse, but did not do the
Colon Cleanse beforehand as it had only been a few months beforehand I didn't think it necessary. The way things hit us that week I only did the cleanse halfway. Now my brain feels really foggy, having trouble finishing sentences, thoughts, and finding the right words. Also having a lot of tenderness in gallbladder area, so I've ordered the
Colon Cleanse and the detox tea and going to do them both now...So I highly recommend colon cleansing prior to liver cleansing. :) Might try the magnesium chloride flush to get me by till I get to the week of my liver cleanse...I really want to continue my exercise program but that is when I am having the most tenderness in my gallbadder. Does anyone know why exercise would cause my gallbadder to act up? Peace to all, Caitlin Lorraine
