Re: Which flush is the most effective? Pain?

there seems to be a general consensus of doing the cleanses more than once....i guess I didn't explain well, but I already knew that. I was more looking to find out which seemed to be the most successful...take out some of the guesswork.

For example, I have found so far that no one recommends the coke cleanse ;) this is the type of thing i was looking for, and I think i got it !

my last flush had hundreds of baby stones (some say Epsom Salts but whatever) and then i had 7 or so pea sized ones...so i'm not sure how successful it was, but i'm hoping to get more out..i'm pretty sure there is more. Just the other day i had to take some epsom for some serious constipation issues (yes i was still taking fibre and Bentonite and eating well, but i still get constipated)...and i saw some chaffe....so i know i'm still making them and there's probably tons still in there!

my grandpa had his g.bladder out twice! can you believe it? he actually GREW another one! my dad has his out too, so i'm really glad i'm getting into the cleanses!
