which flush is the most powerful?

Hello everyone!

I have some info from shellycat (the most awesome chick on the block, imho!) about this but i wanted some more input.

I did Hulda Clark e's recipe last time, and now i'm looking at the higher fat one (the one where you eat fruit and cream before the olive oil stuff later....)

does anyone have thoughts as to which one worked the best for them? I know things like which flush it was or how you were feeling at the time changes the efficacy, but still...you must have a FAVOURITE ;)
