I did the epson salt/olive oil cleanse 1.5 years ago. Worked fine. I have done both ways. Drinking 8 ounces all at once and 10 glasses of olive oil/lemon juice. Believe me, you'll want to do it all at once. By the time I got to the 7th glassssssss I felt like throwing it up. Eight ounces all at once is much better, use a straw.

I am doing it again tonight. If you do the Epsom Salts with warm water, it works in 40 minutes, at least for me. Now I'll take the olive oil followed by a swallow of orange juice (use a straw for olive oil and you'll never taste it) and lay on right side, with right let up to chest. In the a.m. all will follow. It's always worked for me and I have not been a very healthy eater in the past. I love my raw milk though. I've been on it for a few months. Yes, a few extra pounds, but the benefits are much better. Raw milk is one of the best things you can do for your body. I have not been sick all season since I've been drinking it. Oh, the fat is good fat, and the properties in the milk keep me from the "flu" and colds. Usually when my son get the flu, I get it, not this time. Even my assistant after taking the "flu" shot became very ill for three weeks. I'm off the topic.
