Hi farscape66!

Had you been suffering from severe, chronic constipation? If so, do you believe the flax has cured you of it?

I've been suffering since age 8 (I'm now 28). I'm currently drinking 2 P&B shakes and drinking *a ton* of water (~80 ounces) per day with little success and lots of bloating as a result. I'm going to pick up some golden flax tonight.

Thanks for your help....others can chime in as well.
