Totally agree with Coulter and the previous poster. There is no cure for celiac. Celiac is an genetic autoimmune disorder. You must stay gluten free your whole life. You may or may not have symptoms, you get damage either way. Celiac.com and glutenfreeforum.com are awesome sites filled with ACCURATE information. Coulter listed some of the things you may get by ignoring this diet. If you ignore it then you are knocking years off your life and it will catch up with you. Just because you don't feel the effects now don't ruin your future. Your killing yourself slowly and it's not worth it.
