Not to mention that the original poster is just plain wrong in his information. Celiac is NOT an enzymatic disorder, liver disorder, or digestive disorder of any kind. Celiac is an autoimmune disease, similar to Lupus or MS.

There is one treatment for this condition, and one treatment only: total exclusion of Gluten from your diet, PERMANENTLY!
