my anxieties "what people think" are gone. because i quit eating food with lables.
i don't eat meat or dairy. i eat fruit and vegetables. i love potatoes fried in olive oil. brown rice is nice. catastrophic thinking went away too. i have become orderly! i used to be starving all of the time. (the more i ate, the more i wanted to eat. (when i ate meat and dairy). now i forget to eat because i am seldom hungry. (which becomes an accidental fast). hidden msg in prepared foods and fast food and spices was a problem. it made me unable to think). now that i only eat fresh organic food, i have discovered a new joy in life that is like getting to play instead of having to do stuff i hate. (and i still have the same job, i just feel great instead of having "fear flight syndrome" all of the time from the toxins in meat and dairy.
i've read about juicing. squeezed some orange juice this morning. it was really great. (organic...no pesticides...what a difference!)
i've been using fresh herbs that i am growing outside my kitchen door.
eating organic food has restored my sense of humor.
fast foods are the worst. i have trouble thinking even the next day. (additives).
i have Hulda Clark 's book. i've started taking grapefruit seed with artemisia. (in case i might have "brain flukes".
