The best source of good information on flax seed oil and its many uses is Barlean's. I have no connection with them, except as a customer. Click the link below and go from there.

Lignon is the fiber part of the flax seed, which is inculded with the oil in the high lignon version. This is what I use daily, in combination with cottage cheese (Dr. Budwig's formula). Since fiber is an important part of any healthy diet, this is the version I prefer. Be sure you shake the bottle well before pouring, as the lignon settles to the bottom.
