Re: golden flax, whole flax, regular, or high lignan?

I keep my flax seeds in a ziplock bag in the freezer...as well as my flax oil. I take one tablespoon of oil a day and I grind, in my blender, flax seeds for all kind of things. I have put it into cookie and bread recipes. I add it to my salads and yogurt. I also make a candy wth honey, peanut or almond buter, sesame seeds, flax and sunflower seeds (all grinded)...mix together roll into balls and I store them in the freezer for when I get a sweet tooth. I'm not sure of the shelf life of the seeds but I'm pretty sure you can keep them for a year in the freezer.
Hope I helped!!
