Yes, there are many thoughts on Kundalini...many people feel it's dangerous to 'raise the kundalini' prematurely...but there's another faction (of course! soooo many ways to look at one subject!) that believes that if you were drawn towards working with kundalini energy (which is just creative/spiritual life force! It's not something freaky.) then it is your time and it was meant to be...

Dissolve the fear, Gehna...(just general Fear...not fear of kundalini specifically) and that will change your life...
