Yeah, the people on the stairwell weren't actually teenagers - they were of all colours and ages...and on different steps (three flights of stairs straight up the side of my building, inside) up and down...it was like they were waiting to go into the Chinese Temple upstairs (the oldest in Canada!)....but they bothered me because of that strange 'waiting' atmosphere...where it was like they were waiting for someone or something (the temple) to help them...

hmmmm...

I only related it to teenagers because of my experience with certain kinds of teenagers..

I like the idea of 'transition'

Thanks for clarifying your bedroom/deeper aspect of oneself idea. For me I really feel like it's about sex and my feelings towards it...but of course, it could be about intimacy with my boyfriend and intimacy with myself (a reflection of my intimacy with my boyfriend) and in my books intimacy=sex so I think we're on the same page there! Thanks for the clarification...I am in a Blue Night year this year and sure feeling it! Looking deeeep inside IS the theme of the year...
