I'm not good at this...as you know ;) But I read the two "foreigners" in your bedroom as older you and younger you (past and future)...and both "refugees" with this interpretation would HAVE to mean something.

If I had had your dream, for me the partying younguns might have something to do with clarifying what I want in life. For me, the partying is definately not what I want and it's no longer fun for me, but my frustration with the fact that others can still find it fun and disturb (imagine!) me with it. Sort of symbolic of perhaps how I was approaching changes in me. However, that's ME! And I don't know if this will mean anything to you. The "latest youth culture thing" being something that without really thinking, everyone else just does because it's the "thing" to do. But you are not doing it, and wouldn't enjoy it. I dunno...really for me it would seem to represent changes in what I need or want in life.

The latter part of your dream reminds me a lot of some of mine.
