I almost stopped flushing because I had no notable stones coming out but I noticed the emotional stuff was very strong. I even had a dream telling me that the additional cleanses were preparing me to handle a complete transformation and the further i regress and release the more karma (sins) I erase.

As a side note I emailed this girl from the dream yesterday morning. I felt the coincidence and synchronicity to be urging me to do so in the spirit of Gracey of course. Not even sure if this chick will remember me. At the least she may think me goofy.
