Fears...

...and I wonder if your Fear has something to do with 'losing control'? Your I (meme), Conscious rational self losing control? (control center = ego/conscious brain self)

Perhaps if you don't think of it as your more Controlling Ego/Conscious Self as losing control...but your Subconscious Self TAKING control...and bringing balance to these two sides of yourself - it might be easy to face this fear.

Talk out loud to your more controlling Conscious Self - tell it that life will be better for him, (?) too, if he allows the Subconscious Self to become more active. Convince him and he will let go some of his control. It'll work, honest! The Conscious/Ego self is just a little afraid of losing control...so you have to reassure it.

And you DO have psychic powers (this is your subconscious Self asserting itself and why your Ego/Conscious self is afraid!). You have nothing to fear...you, as a Whole will be stronger...
