Thank you very very much for posting your invaluable firsthand experience. If more folks would do that, it would be a great thing :). Furthermore, it confirms my gut feelings:

I also am smelling a rat with Wolcott, however I unfortunately had ordered his book before I found out some of these things, so I'll read it anyway and see what I can glean (It hasn't got here yet.)

Dr. Kelley's entire book is available online BTW, some good people have posted the link here..
