This makes me want to get started immediately! The fact that I can actually have an energy surge after 2 hours of eating is for me. There are days when I absolutely almost fall asleep at my desk a while after eating lunch. Not bad when I have a salad with chicken or tuna on it. Today I had a rice bowl and I thought I was going to have to go find a place to lay down. I hate that. Yet, at night at home, I can eat carbs like rice and not get sleepy at all.
Well, I have 4 days off and I have Wolcott's book so I will take the test. I think I will start tonight because I am suddenly very motivated to find out my type!
