I'm about to start a liver cleanse then a kidney cleanse so it will be a couple more weeks for me too.
RE: determining your type. When you get Wolcott and start reading and taking the indepth test, you then discover the beginning of the frustration of being in a world of individual differences. Since no one size fits all, you start testing foods and paying attention to the effect a food has on your energy and sense of well being, 2 hours after you eat it. I finally broke down and started a food log and that's when I began to really find the foods that are fuel for my body.
These are not foods that I liked. Infact, I didn't think I could eat them. But I decided to try one new food a day...and when 2 hours later I had an energy surge, I learned to love to eat it.
