Seeing ahead in time...

I was wondering if anyone had this simular experience and or heard about it and where I could read up more on it.

This has happened to me several times but I'll explain what happened today as an example.

I saw a fellow co worker at my job about several feet away from me walking towards the escalator and then went down to the lower floor. I was going to say hello but thought I would see her later since her shift started in a couple of hours. I thought well she is probably just shopping. I then later (2 hours)saw her and said to her "did you buy anything?" She said to me what do you mean I just got here. So when I saw her before (wearing the same distinct outfit) was I seeing into the future or another dimension?

Ok another example happened about a year ago. I was sitting in my car waiting for a friend. I saw a man I didn't know walk down the street check the parking meter and walk past me. I looked down and when I looked back up (3 secs later) I saw the same man walk down the street and check the parking meter and walk past me.

It was like I saw it happen before it happened.

So why is this happening to me and how can I be seeing this?
