Sacred plant ally

Oh this is the oldest shamanistic plant I know of and she will tell you things! So true.

My friends travelled to Oaxaca, Mexico, to the mountains were it is a native plant and they participated in a Shaman ceremony there... life transforming. It grows elsewhere, I know people who found it in the woods in BC. You can make a wad of it, very bitter and chew it, keeping it in your cheek... travel to other worlds and then take it out and you are back again... Tweet
