How's your cholesterol?

"Fathead." Our brains are made of lipo-protein. So we need a good dietary mix of EFA's/Essential Fatty Acids, like Olive Oil. Eat it raw! And I mean that in a nice way...

North Sea fish oils are great for the heart and head, even good ol' Cod Liver Oil as a brain healing and behavior modifying food. Frequency is more important than dosage, making it available throughout the day. You don't need a lot.

Having said that, bad fats aren't neutral, they are toxic, and the can't link up to make healthy tissue. That includes hydrogenated vegetable oils, like margarine, peanut butter (high allergy potential there) and petroleum hydrocarbons from food additives . Good fats like Olive-Oil can go through the skin. Petroleum skin products do, too, but they are like feeding a starving dog a rubber bone. Anoint yourself with Olive Oil.

If your cholesterol levels are high, there is a two-birds-with-one-stone supplement, Pantethine. Pantethine, B-5 in its metabolized form, is ready to uptake as MASTER COENZYME A! YEAH!

Master Coenzyme A detoxes evil Acetaldehyde (a-seat-al-duh-hide), a byproduct of bad metabolism, and a tissue-eating "natural" chemical. Pantethine could change your attitude and your cholesterol. Take it with meals. Please realize that this personality profile is chemically based, not psychological. Fix the chemicals.

ENZYMATIC THERAPIES sells pure Pantethine under the name "Cholesteril." Try some with meals every once in a while and see if its a new you, especially if you have punky cholesterol levels. Good observation on the autism. Let me know if any of this works out for you, and God bless!
