You can certainly live of these foods for the rest of your life without developing any protein deficiency. Contrary to common perception, the body makes almost all its proteins from scratch. Each cell and cell nucleous (DNA) does this. As explained in Timless Secrets of Health & Rejuvenation where it deals with the subject of vegetarianism, the body's amino acid production is secured by ingesting the four molecules that make them up, i.e. carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen. Right from the first breath, the body uses these inhaled molecules and starts making its amino acids from them, just like plants and non-carnevorous animals do. That's why nature has purposely omitted packing human breast milk with proteins (1.5%). It is myth that we need to eat proteins to make proteins in our body. Besides over 95% of proteins are recyled in the body. As long as you breathe and eat sensibly you won't develop a protein deficiency. I have not eaten "protein foods" for 30 years and have no protein deficiency. I eat veggies, salads, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Feeling better is your clue that your body doesn't need to loaded up with proteins.
These supplements help with menopausal symptoms with suppressing them. If you suffer from such symptoms you may find in time that are less proncounced or gone altogether.
