Chapter 11 in your Timeless Secrets Book
Hi Andreas,
I took your advice about getting your 2 books--Timeless Secrets and Liver/GB Flushing. I've read the first one (and LOVED it) and am starting the second one now.
My question is: You state for insulin resistance to eat grains, fruits, veggies, legumes, etc. Can you tell me what type of foods I can eat for protein? or am I getting enough in my daily intake from veggies, nuts, etc.
I started taking the Evening Primose Oil and the Gymnema Sylvestre. Is there anything positive I should "feel" from these supplements? and how long would it take?
I was going to wait until the New Year to start this way of eating, but started a week before and I have to tell you---I haven't felt this good in a long, long time.
