I am going through a lot of transformation in these areas and want to share a little of my experience.

We cannot exercise our awesome choice to change if we don't realize there is possibility of such. Just being conciously aware of what's going on around you is **awesome** insight. We can't resolve/affect/heal/appreciate/accept that which we don't SEE, right? You are beginning to see the deeper layers of your experience.

My perspective is that you ARE dealing/healing with these issues. Even if you're not sure that the WAY you are dealing with them is doing any healing, I really believe it is. Each experience, no matter what happens, is more practice for yourself in these areas.

For me, in this context, 'dealing' means facing the emotions/feelings that these mirrors/triggers bring up. Letting myself experience the emotion. Letting them come up. For me, it makes sense that I can't release the emotions which I don't feel.

I know you may feel confused with what to do: it will come to you more and more. You will see your choices more and more with each experience. I think it's great for you to ask these questions: the answers will come. That's been my experience.
