How to deal with something like this without sacred santemony?

I always wait for your answers and I am very interested in your views and knowledge.

However, I do not resonate with Sacred Santemony.

I was waiting for your answer to know how deal with those issues, I would like to understand how can I deal with similar situations without external help like santemony?

I have been asking about similar thigns but I still do not understand how to deal with those interrelationship issues.

for Example, when people expect actions from me based on our previous experiences, how can I know that the way I am dealing with things now may help with the healing, forgivness needed etc?

What if what they expect from me is unreasonable?

What if I pray that Love surrond those interrelationships and healing begin inside us?
