No more than 10-15ppm. I have to run my units longer than normal and clean the electrodes one extra time to get 20ppm. So I just go with the easiest route. You can go as high as 50ppm with the silverpuppy in manual mode but it doesn't seem to be any more effective than 10-15ppm.
