...dr. berkson, the ALA/Se/MT protocol for hep (and other things like cancers) guru says to take a good B-complex along with the ALA to avoid DNA damage that could lead to cancers.
the MT stands for milk thistle; actually silymarin 80% extract. important part of it.
dr. berkson uses LDN naltrexone along with the above a lot.
i do also, and after about 6 months on LDN+berkson stuff i only need 1-2 oz/day home-brew CS to keep well... before LDN etc i needed 3-6 oz/day CS.
LDN is very cool.
