Howdy! I thought I posted a response, but I guess it was somewhere else I posted....
Anyway...I live in Houston. Not too far from you!
I know how the treatment can be for some of you out there, but alot of it has to do with support issues and a few health reasons as well.
There was a woman posting in another part of this is has been soooo terrified into not doing chemo. I feel for her, but I have done what I could do.
Anyway. Yes, I had hepc (still do, just in remission) going on 2 years I've been free of active HCV. I was diagnosed fore sure in 2001 because my symptoms had gotten worse (even after I was diagnosed in 1994 as "a carrier". Vitamins is what interfered with my true test results, as well as many others out there.
I began researching HCV, which also led me to alot of other research, and I even research for a few doctors here in houston.
I have a background in the health field even though Im pretty much done with that part of my life.
