Help...smoke coming out of my mouth

ok everybody.....here's one for ya. tonight I had this big clould of smoke or maybe it was dust that came out of my mouth. It's gotten me really baffled. this is the third time in about a 2 month span. but tonight was by far the biggest. all I did was bend over slightly & did this little cough & there it was. I did notice this time right after I saw the smoke my mouth tasted chalky so I coughed up some flem(sp) onto my the palm of my hand & there was a whole lot of these little green specks. currently doing liver flushes & on clarkia, so that's why I'm posting here. can somebody help me out on this? this has gotten me quite worried. but please don't tell me to go see a doc. they will be just waisting my time cus they just don't know enough about the liver & they are stupid.
