I've never done a liver flush.
I'd like to try the alternative route if possible. I've been on oil of oregano for a long time - periodically. Right now I'm also using goldenseal.
I ordered a sputnik from Russia a few years ago and was afraid to take it. You swallow it and electro-magnetic impulses are supposed to kill the parasite. It has expired so I think I will order another one.
It seems like you have a good plan in getting rid of candida first as the BH feed on it. I'll also begin colonics with some anti parasite herbs.
