I am on the Colonix program and like it very much. I am travelling and so needed something portable and easy. It helped on many levels I think.... emotionally and physically. I did not see more movements (i was already having 2/day) but they increased in size and really seemed to be full of really yukky stuff. I have periods of irritability and low energy on it for sure, but they seem to be really easing up now (i am just finishing month two).

Thanks so much for your post... I so agree with you! I am excited about having an allergy test done for my son- I really had not considered that! Blessings to you!
