Yes ,there is definitely something to ginger. Especially Raw ginger which you can pick up at any grocery store for cheap-by the way.
I read to scrape the skin off the ginger before adding it to foods. The skin contains some type of acid (malic?)--which slows your body's metabolism (Dr. Hulda Clark -- a Cure for all Cancers)
I cut up some raw ginger and put it in boiling water with a packet of Stevia sweetner and some Cinnamon sprinkled in. Wow, the next morning I noticed some dead liver flukes in the toilet--which I have not seen in many weeks.
