i am on my blessed herbs Colon Cleanse right now, day 3 actually, and i did opt to not do the Clarkia at the same time. It was just an idea at the time, but i'm glad i didn't try it. I'm upto my neck taking these packets all day, and that's quite enough as you said, not to mention also the strain on my system cleansing night and day. This cleanse is amazing, and so much is coming out of me, i was thinking tonight, it's hard to imagine anything surviving in there!! I feel quite hollow. I'm still planning on doing a parasite cleanse when i'm done with this colon cleanse, so we'll see if anything comes out! Just curious, are you planning on finishing up with a kidney and/or Liver Flush when this is all over for you? I'm planning on doing a Liver Flush for sure, i still haven't looked into the kidney deal, but i figure i've come this far, i might as well finish it up right! thanks again for the reply, and good luck with your cleanse too!
