I have never done a liver flush...

The Internal cleanse I am doing right now by Blessed Herbs is supposed to cleanse the liver and kidneys as it is a full body cleanse. What is involved in a Liver Flush and how is it different? How are you feeling on your colon cleanse? I will be glad when this is all over. I am going to do a homeopathic cleanse when this is done...Good luck with your cleansing!! Tweet
