Sounds like the cleanse you're doing is great. The Liver Flush you can find here on curezone, it's basically a 24 hour deal, but i like to prepare for it for at least a week by eating certain foods that help break up the stones and herbs as well that help to cleanse the liver specifically. I'll probably start this while doing the parasite cleanse after the colon cleanse, sheesh! So much cleansing.. I too will be glad when all this is done. My boyfriend made the best looking veggie burger tonight and it made my mouth water! All i could do was take another ginger psyllium packet... oh well. I've felt great on this cleanse, no hunger really to speak of, pretty sustained energy, maybe a little more run down on day 3 & 4, but pretty great overall. I've really enjoyed this cleanse. Tomorrow is my last day of the fast, yeah!!! Then i break it on wednesday... gently. i think i'm only going to do the Clarkia parasite tincture for 10 days, and then the Liver Flush for the grand finale.
