Re: Nose parasite information LONG
wow, thanks again! That is EXACTLY what I had! In fact, i cleaned them out of my nose with cue-tips dipped in oregano oil or some other anti-
parasite thing.
Eucalyptus really got them out-- they hate genuine Eucalyptus oil (that you can get whereever they sell essential oils)
Every night and morning, I clean my nostrils and corners of my eyes with a clean cue-tip. I have noticed small clear balls of globs around in the nose- that are not ordinary mucous-- must be the eggs. My nose is super clean now.
All those symptoms mentioned are exactly what I had for years (except the vomiting) and never knew what I had. ((( The early signs of infection with Linguatula serrata are sneezing and slight nasal discharge. The
parasites become large, lie in the recesses of the nasal turbinates, and attach themselves firmly to the mucous membranes with their four hook. The adults apparently feed on respiratory mucosal cells and blood. When fully grown, the
parasites are capable of causing impairment of respiration. In more chronic infections, the nasal discharge will increase in volume, and there is the possibility of obstruction of the nasal passages. Humans have on rare occasions been host to the same stage that is found in the dog. Humans present with signs that would be suspected from a several
cm long larva migrating from the mouth into the nasal sinuses, e.g., throat discomfort, coughing, sneezing, dysphagia, and vomiting.))
I thought I had asthma for years! When I would take a walk with my boyfriend, he'd worry about me because I was always wheezing, and im not overweight.
- now this year I can actually BREATHE!!! and it feels wonderful!
The part where they mention "Humans have on rare occasions been host to the same stage that is found in the dog" applies to me- Our one dog always keeps rubbing his nose and snorting alot. I only live in Pennsylvania, so its more widespread than the author of that article realizes.
My doctor just told me to keep my nose moist- and she couldnt figure out why my nose was so caked with mucous, etc. and blood. She thought I must have gotten over a cold or infection. I told her about these worms, and she said, "oh thats just mucous. alot of people read too much and think they have worms in their nose when they see any mucous.
Well, how do you explain the red line going down each one of these clear thin worms?
She never even bothered to look through a magnifying glass to see for sure, and I just figured she must be right- that it was mucous--because I really didnt want to think they could REALLY be worms.
Later, I realized she had to be wrong. After I found I had liver fluke, I knew definitely that these were also worms.
See, Jessina, it wasnt all in your head! you definitely were on to something there- and now we have a name for this parasite!
Cotton swabs dipped in something like grapefruit seed extract, oregano oil, eucalyptus, etc., take them out. You can actually rid yourself of them by doing this every morning and night, and putting 2 drops of oregano oil a day under your tongue after brushing your teeth.
