The kind i'm using now is already diluted by the company, so I use it straight. 2 drops under my tongue.

If you get MH's Oregano Oil, it is pure strength- so i'd dilute a drop in some olive oil before using his. I understand his stuff is great. I have to wait til i finish up what I have first- then will use his bottle I purchased. His was only $9.99!!
