Hi, you just basically do the Colon Cleanse first, then after it begins to work add the parasite cleanse, and that's just a couple weeks at most to wait, but some people start them both from day 1. And you continue with the Colon Cleanse while doing the parasite cleanse, and any other cleanses like kidney and liver.
