hello, i'm not sure what method of parasite cleansing you have been checking out, but i personally don't know of any that say to clean your colon for 3 months. Now, cleaning the ol colon and having that whole system flowing well are definitely essential to a good parsite program. Anyhow, i'm not a savvy veteran, but i have followed Hulda Clark 's method's and MH's(from Ask MH, a curezone forum), and neither of them have you do a three month program of colon cleansing, although MH in particular, recommends taking his lower bowel balance formula, or something similar, to keep your bowels flowing, because if they are not, you can run into problems. It seems as if many have had success on these programs, without a 3 month cleanse of the colon. So, check them out, they both have similarities and differences, and protocols to follow for success, and i do believe you can get into this much sooner, good luck
