New, never done any clenses before and I think I have parasites.

I've already read what to use and how to do the parasite cleanse. But how do I start it? I keep reading I have to do a Colon Cleanse first but some posts say you have to do a Colon Cleanse for like 3 months?? I don't want to wait that long, I want them gone asap.

Some of my problems are that I frequently get constipated even though I eat healthy/clean diet eat a lot of fiber/raw vegetables and fruits. I can't lose weight whatsoever. I never feel "full", I'm positive it is NOT diet related. Some other symptoms too, but those are the ones that annoy me the most.

So how soon can I get into the parasite cleansing after colon?
