Oh yeah, they make you hungry! I have more parasites than I like to think of, and Tapeworms are there too. I've seen pieces of them, so I know it's Tapeworms (but there are others too). Anyway, my hunger is outrageous, it's like nothing I've ever had before. And it's insatiable, no matter what I eat or how much, I'm always still hungry. The parasites have not caused me to lose weight, actually I have to try very hard not to gain because I always want to eat. Gross things, I'll be the happiest person alive once I get rid of them!
