Tapeworm??
Hi, please forgive me in advance for asking a question that may sound like my "mother's question" - as in old time thinking without much knowledge. Do
Tapeworms really "eat" everything you ingest? Do you feel hungry all the time if you have a tapeworm? What are some characteristics that you have found to be true for those who have tapeworms? I'm asking because for the last week I have been HUNGRY!!! It seems like I'm always eating - and not just because it sounds good or for emotional issues or anything like that. It's because I'm hungry!! And I've tried drinking water when I get hungry to make sure that's not what I'm "hungry" for. It's not. I have a lot of extra mucous that I'm trying to get rid of, so I've been eating a lot of "hot" stuff (salsa, cayenne, etc) to get rid of the mucous, so I guess my metabolism could have sped up, but I've always heard that if you have a tapeworm, they eat everything so you are always hungry. I just started my period (sorry guys!) and I do have more cravings a week or so before, so maybe that could be it too. The only thing that contradicts what I've always been told is, I'm not losing weight. I'm not gaining either, but not losing.
Thanks for any help/advice you can give,
Marnie
