Here is something interesting,


Hydrogen peroxide (3%diluted to ten parts
og water , will work well. Takes one full
minute to work, oxygenates and expells mucous,
and any parasite that may be around. The
oxygenation is what does the trick. Repeat
three times, holding it in one minute each time.

Once a week, and you will feel lighter and
cleaner.

You can also pour 3% ( one capful ) into each ear
and let it drain down. It has to fizzzz. This will
kill any cold virus, flu virus, instantly (60seconds).
We all know that the flu and cold viruses start in the
ear canals and work their way to other parts of our
bodies. If you feel the oncoming of a cold or flu,
do this in the morning and before bedtime,within 48
hrs, you will be rid of these nasty little parasites.

You should use 35% H202 diltuted 10/1 (3.5%)in a spray
bottle to kill salmonella on your kitchen counters, soak
beef, fish,pork, fruit and vegetables in 1 ounce 3% to
10 ounces of water.Soak your kitchen rags in a solution
of 3% with 10 parts of water. They will never smell, bacteria
cannot survive in high oxygen envirements.

Urine smelling toilet? spray H202 3% around in there, and
1 minute later, smells fresh enough to drink.

Soak your toothbrush in 3% to kill all bad bugs.

Today I cooked some smelts, and as I went to eat one,
I opened it and found two worms (looked like pink threads)
rolled up in a ball in the flesh. They seem to be everywhere. 2 tsp. Black-Walnut and a dose of Wormwood .

I will post more tips as I experiment more with this stuff,
( I use it to oxygenate alfalfa when sprouting, decreases
sprouting time )ALSO rinse your mouth with 3% 10-1 , and
no more bad breath.
