Dear Newbie:

Wow! You are New;-) to this forum but with a little work we'll
FIX YOU UP RIGHT-O.

The problem is that you (collectively) treat your bowels too gingerly. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

> I found that my fatigue symptoms quickly dissolved with coffee >enemas (retaining a quart lying on the right side for about 20 >minutes).

Here you are on the right track. BUT RETENTION IS KEY. Keeping
fluid in your rectum for extended periods of time (days, months)
IS BENEFICIAL! (You must see my posts in other fora (BEWARE: I
recommend moving the guest room furniture outside, stacked neatly,
as well as all toiletries and accoutrements - bowl and etc.(I use
an electric fence to protect my property from enema-haters and other
various undesireables (naked tresspassers et. al. DAMN YOU!)YOU HAVE
BEEN WARNED))).

I recommend spackling over your rectum after insertion of a
coffee-ginko-natural-light(NATCH)-enema ("THE AWAKENER" - sans
the spackle-plug ("THE REVELATOR")). You can hold much more than a
quart old man. I use several gallons. Elvis' colon weighed 50 pounds
at the time of his death get a move on. Right-O!

Spackle is easily obtainable from home supply warehouses and from granite in the round. BeWArE of funerary sources. We (ROYAL) will
not revisit that Hollywood Cemetary Corporation Incident. Do not ask.
MIX WELL TO A SOUPY CONSISTENTCY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

REMOVAL OF SPACKLE HAS BEEN PROBLEMATIC YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

In the end Wormwood in massive doeses causes rectal-dimensia:
literally "crazy anus." The green-oozy tea should be inserted and
plugged appropriately. Massive quantities should not be taken
as guests are expected. Removal of the chandaliers along with
concomitant accoutrements is highly recommended. YOU HAVE BEEN
WARNED.

WORKERS OF THE WORLD UNITE!
