Subject: [bowelcleanse] Newbie Question: Wormwood as Enema Tea
Dear Folks:
I've been gradually getting into cleansing since last November,
starting with a few 7-day cleanses and Colema board. I've recently
adopted a modified Gerson therapy for my problems, which have been
diagnosed as Candidiasis, Malabsorbtion, and Achlorhydria, and which
I would subjectively sum up as "chronic fatigue."
I found that my fatigue symptoms quickly dissolved with coffee enemas
(retaining a quart lying on the right side for about 20 minutes).
Going further, I found it wasn't just the caffeine, because a Pau
d'Arco tea enema also had excellent results (it's reputed to be an
aid to healing Candidiasis). I've also found cooked garlic and onion
tea helpful (the raw is too powerful for my system). Now I'd like to
explore the use of anti-pasasitic herbs in enema teas, and have
ordered Black-Walnut Hull and Wormwood . Has anyone experienced using
teas of these herbs as retention enemas? I've found one reference
which recommends 1 tablespoon Wormwood to 2 quarts enema water (this
herb is toxic in large doses).
